Good Company Community Guidelines
Version: 1.0
Good Company exists to help people find friendship, belonging and support through the shared experiences that stem from work.
Every member is responsible for helping keep the community welcoming, useful and safe.
Be human
Treat other members as real people, not leads, prospects, audiences or opportunities.
Approach conversations with curiosity, care and respect.
Protect privacy
Do not share another person's private information, messages, workplace details, photos or experiences without permission.
Do not screenshot or redistribute content from private Circles or conversations without the participants' consent.
Do not pressure someone to disclose personal information.
Respect boundaries
A connection request, message or invitation does not create an obligation to respond.
Respect blocks, declined invitations and requests to stop communicating.
Do not attempt to contact someone through another account after being blocked.

The following are not allowed:

Keep workplace information responsible
Do not post confidential, proprietary, legally protected or personally identifying workplace information.
Do not identify coworkers, clients, patients, students or customers without permission.

- Your relationship to a product, service or organization
Support is not professional care
Members may share experiences and encouragement, but they should not present personal opinions as professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial or employment advice unless properly qualified.
Do not discourage someone from seeking appropriate professional or emergency help.
Circle expectations
Circle members and hosts should:
- Respect confidentiality
- Make space for different experiences
- Avoid dominating conversations
- Address disagreement without personal attacks
- Report serious safety concerns
- Avoid making promises of absolute confidentiality that cannot be guaranteed
