Accessibility Statement
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
Good Company Collective, Inc. ("Good Company") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website and app.
1. Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Good Company aims to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard.
2. Measures we take
To support accessibility, Good Company:
- Includes accessibility as part of our design and development process
- Uses semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate
- Provides visible focus indicators and keyboard navigation for interactive elements
- Maintains sufficient color contrast against WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds
- Provides text alternatives for meaningful images
- Labels form inputs and icon-only controls
- Includes a "skip to content" link for screen reader and keyboard users
3. Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
- Third-party embeds: Content served from third parties (such as embedded video players, maps, or payment widgets) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with vendors to improve these experiences.
- User-generated content: Images, posts, and comments contributed by members may not include alternative text or captions.
4. Assistive technology compatibility
Good Company is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Recent versions of major screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack)
- Browser zoom up to 200%
- Operating system keyboard navigation
- Speech recognition software
5. Feedback and contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Good Company. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need content in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

7. Assessment and review
Good Company self-evaluates its conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA using a combination of automated tools (such as axe DevTools and Lighthouse) and manual review. This statement is reviewed periodically and updated as the product changes.
